		<description>I had to sub a 50lbs kettlebell for the swings because that was all I had, so I upped the reps on the swings to 12.  Here is what I did:

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 muscle ups
4 hand stand push ups
12 kb swings, 50lbs

I got 12 rounds plus one more muscle up.</description>
